Week #34 update
Good news! All of the monk AI bugs from last week have now been fixed. The remainder of my time was spent making little improvements here and there and slowly checking some of the outstanding items from my TODO list.
I was in an odd situation with the project this week. I'd actually done most of what I wanted to complete but with the build a few days off I didn't want to make any major changes. So what did I do? Nothing and it was very boring!

Editor
- change tracking updated to only track actual changes
- changed file dialog title when combining puzzles
Game
- added more variation to the button backgrounds on the in-game menu
- minor AI tweak to monks, including monks orientating to face the right way on entry
- improved monks eating habits
- tweaked "queuing" of keys pressed;
- you can no longer hold up/down before a direction key to run - this didn't make sense and the Original doesn't allow it
- fixed players climbing a ladder and going through the block above (Leandro)
- blasted blocks now delay restoring if players are crossing a ladder into them (Leandro)
- fixed bug that rendered the game when the video player was still being drawn
LAN
- bandwidth saving measures relaxed (affects clients);
- runners should no longer blast in the wrong spot
- players (monks and runners) should no longer draw in the wrong spot
- puzzle sets transferred from the host now save to your temporary OS folder and not your "Lode Runner Online\PUZZLES\WEB" folder
General
- a "changelog.txt" file is now included in monthly builds
- file dialog directory support updated + minor UI tweak
- fixed bug that did not repeat music tracks (menu and options dialogs)
- video player fixes;
- fixed bug that did not stay on the last frame when waiting for music to finish
- removed duplicate lift cable in credits
Bugs being worked on
- monks bunching together too closely on ladders (Howie, Gareth, Me)
- runners not entering exit doors (Howie)
- some Windows machines not be able to detect LAN games (Steve)
What I'll probably do next week
- improve monks on ladders
- improve LAN
